Dunnage Rails

• Aristo-Cote can provide you turnkey dunnage rails that can counter typical problems or issues encountered with standard injection molded or pour cast urethane dunnage logs.

Foam Tray Inserts

• Perfect for short run production. Aristo-Cote’s coated foam tote inserts are a perfect fit short run programs, these applications can eliminate high tooling costs and long lead times.
  
  
• Hot parts can sometimes warp, melt, or damage your layer pads or foam inserts (typically made from Plastic corraguted and foam). Let Aristo-Cote apply Quanntumshield to the tray and eliminate the damage created by the heat.
  

Cell Partions

Sharp machined edges from stamped engine componets can sometimes create contamination while in transit. While industry standard partitions typically consist of HDPE or Plastic Corrugated, sharp edges on steel parts can create shavings that fall into and on the part. Aristo-Cote’s Quantumshield can all but completely eliminate these issues being that our coating is very abrasion resistant.

Close off Bar Applications

Apply protective coating to foam tubing to extend the life for close off bar applications. Aristo-Cote can proide a variance of Interior diameters of foam to help accommodate for the differences in size that the coated foam tube to be applied. .ei..3/4’’ 7/8’’ 1-1/2’’. Commonly used in Door Skin Basket operations.

Glass Handling Protection

• Quantumshield 90 and Quantumshield 70 are both very glass friendly and have been used throughout the automotive glass industry.
  
  
• The main benefit that Quantumshield coatings 70 & 90 is that it does not leave residue or cause marring to the glass surface. Quantumshield 70 can also provide a non-slip surface for glass in shipping racks preventing damage while in transit.

Steel alternatives

Vinyl-Over-Steel can create high prices and long lead times can sometimes can be an issue for your program. Please speak with one of Aristo-Cote’s coating professionals to see if Quantumtape or Quantumshield coating over your steel weldment may provide you with some cost savings! Aristo-Cote can provide you with turn key applications (excluding design) or we can supply with your parts for us to spray just as well.

Component Bins

• Great for new bins if you want to prevent rust, wear, or prevent contamination.
  
  
• Refurbish old bins instead of buying new ones. Aristo-Cote can make an old bin look new with our Quantumshield.

Fender Racks/Dividers

• Quantumsheild provides part protection in contact area on steel racks.
  
  
• Instead of Plastisol dipping use our Quantumshield. With better physical properties, no drips or runs, we can provide masking on designated areas, all at a competitive cost to Plastisol dipping.
