QUANTUMTAPE™ 90 - Polyurea coated tape

Now this same coating is available in adhesive backed sheets.
Reduce costs associated with logistics, as the tape strips (cut to your required size and shape) are easily shipped to your location to be installed on-site. Installation is easy. And, when properly applied, adhesion is permanent thanks to the VHB Acrylic Adhesive backing from 3M.

This adhesive backing is protected by a red film liner, and is ready for quick, neat application. No more drilling, riveting, or welding wear plates or corner covers into place, just peel and stick. Tape has immediate handling strength to speed installation.

Quantumtape has great characteristics such as; chemical resistance, exceptional bond strength and flexibility.

AC Poly-Foam Tape 90

AC Poly-Foam Tape is a new product that is being introduced to Aristo-Cote’s product line. AC Poly-Foam Tape is crosslink polyethylene foam with an acrylic adhesive with great adhesion characteristics.

AC Poly-Foam Tape is a sister product to our “Quantumtape” We have used the same technology and applied it to crosslink foam with an aggressive acrylic adhesive that can be used in the same type of applications as Quantumtape but with more cushion.

AC Poly-Foam Tape Adhesion Characteristics

• AC Poly-Foam Tape still offers the same Quantumshield coating that is offered on our other products (data sheets for coating available upon request).
  
  
• AC Poly-Foam tape is manufactured with .030’’ Quantumshield coating to accompany the thickness of the crosslink foam adhesive.
  
  
• Steel and plastics provide the best surfaces for adhesion, although testing the product for each application is recommended.
  
  
• Available in two thicknesses before coating: 1/16” and 1/8”.

Quantumfoam Pads 90

Aristo-Cote now has the ability to put acrylic adhesive over larger Cross-link foam pads for more heavy-duty applications. If you need to add padding or size to current dunnage our Quantumfoam Pads have the ability to stick to other crosslink foam dunnage. These pads are also available without coating if you just need raw crosslink foam with adhesive.

• Product is great for major contact with heavier parts
  
  
• Is great if you want larger pads for nest layers cushion
  
  
• Great for other uses outsides of racks such as contact areas within manufacturing plants.

How to Apply Protective Tapes!

When applying any of our protective tapes be sure that the surface is free from oil or other surface contaminates such as powder, dust, or release agents. For best results wipe surface clean with acetone or isopropyl alcohol. Peel off the protective release liner and apply the adhesive side to the desired surface. Apply firm pressure, recommended application temperature to achieve best results is 65°F or above. For best results allow adhesive 24 hours for full cure time.
